I require a £10 Non Refundable Booking Fee at the time of booking your appointment, you will be able to reschedule if you cannot attend, please let me know 48 hours before you are due to arrive. This is to avoid cancellations.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled if I have someone directly after you as I might not have enough time and you will still be expected to pay the full amount.
If you cancel your appointment on the day or do not show up for your appointment, you will still be expected to pay the full amount.
Under 18 years old, you need parental consent, please contact me before booking.
Nail Repairs are free up to 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me.
